Infection problem - No CD Drive

It has messed with various Reg keys. At first it changed windows reg key for show hidden files so I could no longer see the check box in folder options. I have since cured this but there are still problems. The CD/DVD rom appears in windows but is always displayed as empty when a disc is inserted - it is definately working though.

Log attached.....

help appreciated as PC driving me crazy :-)
