I always get install updates how can this stop from happening?

Why do I get updates every 5 minutes.How can I get the install updates resolved?:sad:And how can I get rid of it?It keeps on wanna install for everytime it updates.And I just don't know how to get rid of it.It shows up in my taskbar and it seems to be stuck there like it wants to install updates.But I don't want to.

Spybot-S&D does not deliver updates every five minutes. :fear:

Please open Spybot Search & Destroy > Help > About and let us know what it says.
