Internet and computer running very slow malware??

Well my laptop has been running very slow lately to the point the internet is almost impossible to stay on so I ran a AVG virus scan which found nothing. I then ran spybot and got ashampoo optimizer or something like that which deleted a bunch of stuff.

spybot found this:

"DoubleClick" 1 entry Browser
"MTC.MakeMeSearch.com" 1 entry Hijackers
"MyWay.MyWebSearch" 6 entries PUPSC

clicked fix selected problems and "1 problem could be fixed now 7 could not" and said it may be fixed with a restart so i'm gonna do that now and we'll see how this goes. Any additional help would be very much appreciated.
