Internet company say I have "ZeroAccess" ...Guidance Please

Hello All
The internet company say I have "ZeroAccess" on my company. I have read other postings here about "ZeroAccess", but I just don't want to start trying to remove it without a little guidance first.....any help would apprecited.

Thank you for repilying. The computor is "Personal", now I do have my "personal business records" on it....does that cause a problems?

Just clarifying it is a PC as volunteers in this forum do not assist with company machines. :)

For someone to take a look at the system please start a new topic here in the Malware Removal Forum and a volunteer analyst will advise when available.

First see the forum FAQ which includes instructions in post #2 on how to provide DDS and aswMBR logs, which are the logs used in the preliminary analysis.

If the infection prevents you from providing logs please start a new topic anyway, make note of the situation and wait for a response.
