Internet connection dropping

Hi, this may or may not be spyware but I have recently found that my internet connection keeps dropping and restarting.

I have been with BT for the last six years and this has not happened before.

Any ideas?

Hi there,

Could you give more details please.

Operating System, the computer showing signs of infection, any new programs installed lately etc.

Also have you contacted BT to see if there is a problem their end?
