Is my PC safe?

Hi,

I have just run HijackThis and below is the log. I just want to know whether my PC is safe or if there is anything I should be concerned about.

My PC runs on Windows XP Home Edition Japanese version.

It also appears that you may have abandoned a previous thread three (3) months ago after a helper spent their time evaluating your post and recommending minor cleanup:

Hi md usa spybot fan,

I did have a problem with my PC a few months back as per mentioned thread. After trying the recommended minor cleanup, I still felt like my PC was not behaving well. So in the end I decided to re-install the OS and all the other programs. I just did that recently.

So, I am still wondering whether the PC is still compromised or it is alright.

I am very sorry for the trouble I might have caused by abandoning the previous thread 3 months ago and I would like to thank pskelley for taking time to evaluate my problem and recommend some solutions.
