Is there any hope to completely remove SearchAssist from my laptop?

I'm not sure where this thing came from and I have tried everything. I just recently came back to Spybot because there is no more conflict with Norton Antivirus. Can someone help me isolate and remove this program from my machine?

Which version of Spybot do you have and did you elevate administrator permissions? How can I get administrator rights under Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8?

Aside from the Search Assist issue how is the computer running?

I used Revo uninstaller which got rid of search assistant, no problem.
