istart123.com is usually bundled with free software from download sites easily found on the net.
Certain free programs may contain additional (unwanted) software so it is important to pay attention to the End User License Agreement (EULA) during the installation and choose the Custom or Advanced installation option if it is offered to avoid the unwanted software also being installed.
istart123.com may be difficult to remove so it might be best if someone takes a look at the system.
