can not seem to get soybout to remove this trojan kuasio.ka. keep getting a message that it is still useing memery and i need to restart whan i do and run spybot again same thing CAN U HELP??????

Hello billyt1717,

You will need to produce the HJT log in order for someone to assist when available. Instructions on how to do so are here:
"BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

Then start a new topic and copy paste the log into it.
