Laptop getting slower by the day

I have a Dell laptop which seems to be slowing down. I run spybot s&d, norton av, adaware, ms defender, all kept up to date. I ran runalyzer and got the log which was 10 times the limit for a post. I will post it here but I need to know which options are needed. I will also post a hjt log in the proper space. Any help would be great. Thanks, Greg
