Loading Spybot offline?

I've got something blocking the installation of Spybot on my home computer. Which is why I was trying to install it in the first place. It won't allow a certain website to come up. Can I install it another way?
 
A seems like a malware component is blocking the execution of the installer. Have you tried to rename the default Spybot installer to something else?

Default: "spybotsd160.exe"
You could rename it to something like: "Spybotinstaller.exe"
