Since you have not indicated what Spybot detected the startup entry as nor the startup entry itself, I don't believe that you have provided enough information for someone to provide a comprehensive answer to your question.
If you post the log of the actual detection you are getting, possibly someone will be better able to advise you. To do that:

- Run another scan.
- When the scan completes, right click on the results list, select "Copy results to clipboard".
- Then paste (Ctrl+V) those results to a new post in this thread.

I'll run another scan and post it next chance I get. It just looked like the regular registry "run" or "run services" command that runs programs when windows comes up, but I understand you need to see it for yourself.
