Losing my Payroll software licences

Since loading Spybot corporate with anti virus my payroll software keeps reverting back to a trial version. The licence key goes missing and I have to re-insert it. I have emailed brightpay about this and they have no idea why it is happening.

My hardware is an Acer Vertiton, running Windows 7, fully updated. I did think windows might be doing it, but clearly this is not the case. My pc has not been rebooted for several days yet this morning my payroll says I have 60days trial licence and I had to re-enter the key again.

Any advice would be much appreciated. BTW all my other software is not affected.
