Thank you for respomding and i think i did it correctly. i would like to mention a couple of things that really seem to be a problem when i am on internet whenver i open a link or go to anpother page it opens another window and well after a couple windows this window will open with nothing on it except blank web page kinda i cannot close it and it stays stuck. Also ii am constanly getting the message that internet explorer is not the default would i like to make it etc. I have made it the default. Anyways like i said i am pretty much a novice and hope that i completed thoese procedures correcty. thank you for your time and patience with me.
