Fixed: Malwarebytes mbamgui.exe detected as Smitfraud-C?

Actually this false positive should not happen at all. It also appears to be very strange that the false positive does not occur again with the Teatimer. But to make sure that a similar false positive does not occur again with the Teatimer I have added the MBAMs digital signature to our whitelist.
