Fraud.SpywareCleaner2010 claims to be an antispyware tool. When it is installed to the computer it finds a lot of harmless entries in order to frighten the user and make him buy a license to get the issue fixed.​

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

• The file at "<$COMMONDESKTOP>\Spyware Cleaner 2010 V4.05.LNK".
• The file at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\Spyware Cleaner 2010 V4.05\Hosts Files Editor.lnk".
• The file at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\Spyware Cleaner 2010 V4.05\Junk Files Cleaner.lnk".
• The file at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\Spyware Cleaner 2010 V4.05\Manage Startup applications.lnk".
• The file at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\Spyware Cleaner 2010 V4.05\Registry Cleaner.lnk".
• The file at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\Spyware Cleaner 2010 V4.05\Spyware Cleaner 2010 V4.05 on the Web.lnk".
• The file at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\Spyware Cleaner 2010 V4.05\Spyware Cleaner 2010 V4.05.lnk".
