Message stated: outside party has injected malicious code in this application

After updating Spybot, and selecting a mirror a message popped up stating " An outside party has injected malicious code into this application" & advised to run spyware and anti virus scans.
I have ran both & found nothing.
I also uninstalled Spybot and made sure all traces were removed.
Is there any other recommended action to take?
