Hey. Does anyone know of a free malicious software removal program that can get rid of the 'mbs' trojan? Spybot and Windows Defender can't seem to do it. I know how to do it via safe mode and sorting out the registry but it's my parent's computer back in Scotland that's got the problem and it'd take me about 3 weeks to talk them through that process over the phone!
If not, keep an eye for mbs (micro billing systems) because it's a nasty peice of work.
