Missing SpyBot backups/can't recover (using Vista)

Hi all,
I'm trying to run SpyBot with Vista and having trouble. When I go to recovery to undo what spybot took out (after running spybot the first time, I am having problems in other applications), there are no backups available.

Is there a way manually to find out what was deleted by spybot?

If Spybot found tracking cookies,it doesn't make backups of those.Please have a look here:

Thanks ... I'll look for those files referenced in the second link you provided ... If you know where spybot stores these logs in Vista, let me know .... I'm looking for them and can't find them (yet ...)

On Vista,it might be easier to access the logs using Method 1.Trying to access DOcuments and Settings on the Vista OS resulted in an access denied for me,but accessing the logs using Method 1 was no problem.
When you find the log,you could post it here if you like,so that someone here could see what was removed.
