Mozilla Firefox and Opera re-directs me to ad-sites when I browse!! Help Please!!

I was wondering if somebody can give me some assistance. I have Windows Vista 64 bit and everytime I browse Firefox or Opera I get redirected to ad-sites. How do I fix this?
