MSN Messenger trojan?HELP!

Hi my brother accepted a "picture" file from his msn messenger from a friend which turned out to be a .zip file...im assuming its a trojan it keeps spamming new conversations and sending the file over and over to the contact list... the message sent says something like "hey can i add this picture of us to facebook?" I ran a virus scan which found nothing...any help would be appreciated.
