My suggestion is that you click each of those links the diagnostic has provided and make the corrections they indicate. I still do not suggest you purchase anything, the suggestions can be done without buying unnecessary programs.

I can tell you from looking at the results, lack of RAM is a problem you will have until you add some. You are running the computer with 256 MB see this:
http://www1.pcpitstop.com/betapit/tips/MemAdd.asp?conid=22451674
While they suggest 512 MB's of RAM, I personally do not think that is enough. I run Windows XP and I have 1.25 GB's which is five time what you have for only basic computer. See this:
RAM: http://www.crucial.com/support/howmuch.aspx
Internet browsing, e-mail and listening to music 512MB-1GB
Frequent User
Internet browsing, email, word processing, simple graphics programs and flash games, music and watching videos, multitasking. 1GB-2GB

All I can suggest until you can add RAM is that you turn off all programs that do not have to run, that may give you some relief.

If you have questions about any of the suggestions in the diagnostic report, you can ask them here:

Let's continue like this:

Remove combofix from the computer like this:

Click START then RUN
Now type or copy Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK.
Note the space between the X and the U, it needs to be there.
