my comp sending tons of spam! Help!

Hello,
My computer became spam zombie! My ISP already disconnected me for one day, now they are threatning to disconnect me for one week or longer, until I stop to send a spam! I don't know what to do...
...I have norton and when I am online I keep getting "scanning mails" messages on the desktop, hundreds of them, some of them are rejected. I made a full scan in safe mode in several updated antivirus programs: Norton, AVG, Stinger, Ewido, Online Housecall Trend Micro, Adaware...I turned off system restore, deleted temp files, installed ZoneAlarm and Spyblaster. I don't have any solutions any more. This is my first time (and I have comp for 15 years now) that I can't find solution on my own. Please help! I don't want to do a format disk...

Hello eislamov and welcome to the Forums

OK you have some infections there...

1. Download this file - combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall
