If a personal computer shows signs of infection, members can follow the procedure in this link:
"BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

Then start a topic in the Malware Removal Forum where a helper would advise when available.

If niether of those apply post details here in the Tavern so someone can help troubleshoot.
