Hi RobBot, sure :- ). I have tried to find more informations, why it exactly was blocked. I havent found yet more. Here is what it shows and it is in german:

Could you click "Mehr anzeigen" and share a Screenshot with that?

Defender SmartScreen sometimes blocks stuff simple because it hasn't been installed very often yet, and I hope the "More..." will display a reason.

Hi Pepi, ich denke du kannst Deutsch sprechen :- ). Hab grad probiert mit Mehr anzeigen und anderen Optionen mehr Informationen über die Ablehnung zu erhalten. Dazu kam ich jedoch nur auf Seiten, wo ich dann alle meine Downloads sah oder auf allgemeine FAQ's von Microsoft, zu abgelehnten Downloads. Hab sonst mal die Datei als sicher gemeldet. Kann ich noch etwas tun? Lg Sebastian

Hello, I had the same problem and came across the following solution. I think it will work for you, too.
Just check all the guided possibilities. I had to run the installation over cmd as admin - was flawless.
