I have unfortunately downloaded MyWay.com and I seem unable to get rid of it. I have purchased the Spybot Home cover and run it, I have uninstalled Mozilla Firefox and reinstalled it and I have upgraded my AVG antivirus cover and run that. What else can I do as it is still there? I am not very computer literate though I can follow instructions.

In case you missed it please see the FAQ which includes guidelines for this forum and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR, which are the logs used in the preliminary analysis.
