Every week Spybot tells me that I have this myway software in my computer and every week I ask that Spybot remove it. The next week it is back.

This week I searched my computer for other myway data and found that the Spybot recovery files have several hundred myway data files. They were all put there on February 19, 2009.

Question: can I safely delete those files or is there some danger in doing so?

Hello,

It seems that there are subfolders that are not being detected and therefore the main folders can't be deleted.
Please have a look at your folders and see which file paths you have left on your system. That could be a folder:

C:\Program Files\MyWebSearch\

Delete that folder manually and its whole content.
