Nasty rootkits and trojans. Please, please help!

Hi, this is my first time posting. My laptop is infected with a rootkit0access, trojan.dropper.bcminer and trojan.clicker. Spybot cannot remove these. Could any administrators please help? I'm at my wits end and have limited computer skills. Thanks in advance.
