Need Clean Uninstall of Spybot

Mine is messed up. No uninstall file. Deleted as many files as I could. COULD NOT delete SDHelper.dll Also Spybot Search and Destroy is still listed - when I try to delete that, get previous message. Even CCleaner could not remove this entry. Looks like I need to change some Registry entries.
Please advise

COULD NOT delete SDHelper.dll

SDHelper.dll is used by Spybot's BHO. You must exit Internet Explorer or delete the BHO itself ({53707962-6F74-2D53-2644-206D7942484F}).

Also Spybot Search and Destroy is still listed
