I do not believe so. I can honestly say I have never heard of this issue before.....

Does the start menu close quickly when you press the Windows key (has the Windows symbol printed on it)? Please let me know

well not sure what happened

whatever it was its not happening now. as I was reading down the menu it would just close. but it is not doing it now so not sure. everything is running great now. quick and smooth. Thank you for the info to read it was informative.
