need help desparately with trojan

hi i am having a problem with my laptop. cant open task manager, limewire trys to open all the time etc i am computer literate but all this is a bit new to me. running spybot tells me I have cmdService, but doesnt seem to get rid of it and other problems keep returning! What can I do?
Any help appreciated

can anybody help with a probolem with my pc. limewire keeps trying to start and i cannot access task manger
