need help !!! pop up are killing me

i have ran spybot sometimes it clear other times it finds something, i have ran adaware it always finds something and i have ran mcafee it it always finds something i remove whatever its finds on all of them but i still have pop ups
any ideas on how to get this stuff off my computer?
