Need help removing BackDoor.Generic11.QCP Trojan Horse

I will go through the steps you mentioned, however I do have a question. You recommended installing Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and SpywareBlaster.

He already has Ad-Aware, Spybot Search & Destroy and we recently bought (and installed) Online Armor. Would you recommend uninstalling Ad-Aware and Spybot and installing Malwarebytes and SpywareBlaster instead?

I value your opinion and was curious on your thoughts.
