Need help, viruses wont go away :(

Hello, need some help here...these trojans i have on my comp are driving me nuts, they're called REFPRON and WIN32.DELF.RTK

Spybot is detectin them, and ive tried running a few freeware programs and such but they just keep coming back...any help would be greatly appreciated , thanks
