I ran hijack this and this was the log it gave me...

But it's basically the same thing most others here are getting, the same thing comes up in Spybot and I guess it keeps producing spyware and making pop ups even when im not surfing the web.

I think the problem is I dont have Windows Internet Explorer on this computer, at all. I cannot find any icon or anything, not even in search. When I try to update it, it doesnt let me because it says a newer version already exists.

Why didnt you post the entire hijackthis log ?
Provided your not using mcrosofts beta ie7
Download and run iefix first http://windowsxp.mvps.org/IEFIX.htm
