Need help with "Idiot"

I need help resolving a problem with cookie's labeled "idiot". Occasionally my printer won't work because of this "idiot" malware/spyware? If I run search and destroy it checks for an "idiot" in internet explorer at the very end but never finds anything.....any suggestions?
