You guys have helped me before--and were AWESOME! I am now visiting my dad's house, and his computer keeps shutting down before I can run ANYTHING to even get started on any problem. I am only here until tomorrow, so I really, really hope someone sees this soon so we can work on his problems. I started his computer and downloaded malwarebytes but before it could complete the quick scan, the computer shut down (he has had this "shutting down" problem for the past day or two...). The Error Message we are getting is:
"c\Windows\system32\lsass.exe terminated with status code 1073741819 the system will now shut down and restart"
The computer won't stay on long enough to complete anything...i haven't even attempted ERUNT, etc., because of this...
