New Definitions = new threat

I just downloaded the new SB definitions to my Win7 (64bit) computers and after scan I got notice of threat.
What do I do?

I think I had a similar SB finding of Widgit Toolbar threat some time ago on my WinXP computer.

How can I fix this one please?

Hi,

the rules for this detection are dated May 2012, so they are not exactly new. What is happening exactly? Is Spybot unable to fix these? Or is it that you are unsure if it is a false positive? Please explain. As these entries are executable files in shared_dll, I consider them definitely fraudulent.
