Dear Spybot,
I have been having a lot of problems recently and I'm woundering if my Spybot has been coorupted in some way. Although I may have visited a bad site or two in the past, I have avoided any such for quite some time but I find that I have to perform multiple search and destroy Spybot checks on any given day if not per hour because my surfing is slowed so much. Many times my Spybot will catch the problem: i.e. TagASaurus, ABetterInternet, Omniture, etc which keep on popping up. But on top of that, now I am getting a message saying "Spybot -S&D reports that you want to download "DoubleClick" This is a known threat. Do you want to block this download". And of course I will respond "Yes" because I already knew D.C. is bad stuff but I dont know why Spybot is suggesting that I want to download it. Besides, why do I have to continue to perform Search and Destroy missions every hour or so? What can I do to permanently fix the reacurring trackers/ malware? Why isn't SpyBot able to get rid of them permanently?
