NGPW36 & netwebsearch2- Help?

I downloaded a program from the net called bitorrent. As a result, I keep getting a netwebsearch2 popup. There is also a ngpw36 in my windows task manager. I'm assuming these are all related. Ive scanned my computer using Spybot but it hasnt identified it. Can somebody please help me???
