1. When i open S&D from the icon, the title on the first page i see (the main page) says "Spybot - Search and Destroy 1.5". When i then click on the category tree called -Spybot-S&D- the title then changes to "Spybot-S&D". My point is, it's the same main page so why does the title change. It is also inconsistent.

2. Lots of font/underline problems i think. Like:
The b in spybot, the e in settings, and the t in tools are underlined, why?
Also there isn't an underlined letter in Info & Licenses.

3. There are only 4 skins in my spybot, and none of them are the new ones you made, where did they go?
I only have colorblind, italia, peace and original
 
1. Yes, it's the same page, and usually the title is an exact mirror of the text in the toolbar at the left. But at startup, we opted for showing the version number, since it makes it easier for new easier to see which version they use directly when starting the app (important for support questions). And putting the full length name plus version number into the section name on the left wouldn't have fitted the width of the button bar. So yes, I have to admit it's inconsistent, but it helps ;)

2. The underlining is not a problem, in fact you'll find it in almost any Windows application (don't remember Windows 2.0 too well, but it's been in 3.0 for sure). Just take a look at the menu bar of your browser, for example. Alt + underlined letter jumps to that control (e.g. pressing Alt + T opens the Tools section on the left), opens the corresponding menu, etc..

3. There's an update for skins available, and there's the website having skins to download. 1.4 also didn't include that many skins - just some basic ones.
