No Chrome extension

Hi, i´ve installed an update of spybot 2.0 beta and now my google chrome spybot extension is gone.

I have reinstalled spybot and chrome 2 times, but it didn´t helped.

i have had the same problem with beta 4 of spybot.

if the chorme extension is gone for some reason (eg. u temporary uninstalled it or u updated chrome) it seems u are not able to get it back. i reported this as a bug.

in my case it have helped to install the beta 5 of spybot, so i guess, as soon as the next beta of spybot gets available and u install it, u will get also ur chrome extension back.

but spybot should find a other solution for this until final.

Have you tried digging into the Spybot program directory and then dragging the .crx file over to Chrome? I had to do that to install the extension into Chrome Canary...

no hav'nt tryed this but at all this is too difficult, spybot should be able to do it itself

Also the same problem with Chrome ;-) and Beta 5 from Spybot.

So i hope for a fix
