The number of immunizations for v1.5.2.20 has not changed from 60038 since last Wednesday, 4/23/08.

I got the updates for today (4/30) but the number on immunizations are still showing the same.

Doesn't this update every week also?

Thanks for any info on this.

unprotected still at zero

I think we are talking about the same thing, when I download the last two updates the immunization page didn't change, the unprotected list was still all zero's. In the past there were always some unprotected to immunize for after an update.

Yes, that is correct Zifff. Still sitting on the same numbers. Nothing showing that needed to be immunized.

As long as I have used the Spybot program, there have always been immunizations with the updates, save for a fluke a couple of months ago on v1.4. ;)

We are currently updating our domains immunization file, more information about this can be found here. A new file will be released as soon as possible. :)

same here, except my protected and total shows 60647.
no new immunization with last week's delayed update and nothing today.

Thanks for the info Buster.

Just find it strange that EC120 has over 600 more items immunized than I do.

v1.5.2.20 was just put on a new computer about 2 weeks ago.

Perhaps different version of IE, firefox, opera, or non existent browsers etc

To expand on what PiCoPi indicated:

Since Spybot immunizes the same immunization entries in multiple registry hives for Internet Explorer (see Note #1) as well as immunizing in Opera and Firefox, you would have to compare what categories (profiles) that are being immunized on your system with the categories (profiles) that are being immunized on EC120's system.

Note #1: The number registry hives that Spybot imminizes in can vary depending on the version of Windows that is being run and the number of users defined on the system.

md usa, all profiles are checked. Only one user, me. Windows XP Home Edition.

Currently have FF 2.0.0.13 and IE7 on my system.

I have a better understanding of why the numbers might be somewhat different, but I want my immunizations! :D:

Number of Protected

I was relieved to read the information posted about no new immunizations. I was concerned after downloading 4/30 detection updates that for the 2nd week in a row no immunization was required.

Now I am concerned about my total number of Protected which is 43,499 and lower than numbers others have posted.

After the updates of 2008-04-17, 2008-04-24 and 2008-04-30 I have 43,499 items being immunized and I am perfectly satisfied that I am fully immunized with everything that is available to be immunized.

Actually my immunization count was higher after the 2008-04-16 updates at 43,934, but there were duplicates and quadruplicates in the immunization file that I identified and were corrected with the updates on 2008-04-17 reducing the immunization count (see HOSTS file duplicates and quadruplicates).

I want to make sure I am understanding this correctly.

michhala is only using the one browser, IE6, whereas I have 2, FF and IE7, so that can make a difference in the number of immunizations that we have?

Thanks for clarifying md usa spybot fan.
I'm running Win XP Pro SP2 with all updates available through Microsoft update. Have only IE7 installed but I have two "administrator" accounts and few "user" accounts defined. Glad the different count from system to system doesn't indicate possible configuration problems.

Same here. No immunization updates. The Immunize count depends on the number of accounts and browsers you have. Spybot-SD updates those browsers with the sites as you add a new one to your OS.

My thanks and appreciation for your reply post and the information re the Hosts file duplicates and quadruplicates. I apologize for not responding sooner, but I was out-of-town for six days and without a computer. It's good to know my Spybot immunization figure is normal.
