Last days I can't do updates to Spybot.
When I choose to do it, it opens a window that says

socket error # 11004

what does it mean?

what shall I do?:sad::scratch:
 
Socket Error # 11004 usually is an indication that Spybot-S&D is being blocked from accessing the internet.
  • Spybot 1.4, make sure that SpybotSD.exe is authorized in your firewall to access the internet.
  • Spybot 1.5, make sure that SDUpdate.exe is authorized in your firewall to access the internet.
 
still no updates

You are so right about that..
Lately, I've installed Kaspersky Internet Security and it's not compatible with Spybot.
Now what shall I do?
I am very satisfied from Spybot and I want to continue with it but I don't know how to correct this...
Could someone help me?
 
My problem solved

I'll have again updates from spybot without leaving kaspersky internet security..
Simply, every time I want to have updates for spybot, I'll change the firewall settings from high security to training mode.
