RSIt is a very simply program? I used it yesterday to see how it ran and it produced the two logs in about two minutes with no issues. Please restart the computer give it another try. Once you choose "Continue" you do nothing else until the scan is complete.

BlackLight found nothing, you may delete that program.

Thanks

RSIt still getting error?

I should have posted that I had already tried restarting and running it again. It still did not work. I have gotten back home after being gone for several hours and booted cpu back up and tried again and I am still getting the same error. ?>:"{} WT_?

Let's give this ESET tool a try, looks like it is simple enough to use. I downloaded it and looked at it but had no .dll to try it on, but you do.

Download UnDLL - The DLL Remover 1.0.0.2 from here:
http://majorgeeks.com/UnDLL_-_The_DLL_Remover__d5997.html
to your Desktop, then Extract All Files.
Doubleclick UNDLL.EXE
Click on "Select infected DLL" and follow the prompts.
The DLL you are removing:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\fepmm.dll

Let me know how it goes.

Hello again,

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back.

I have decided to reformat. I would appreciate any suggestions you have to proceed. Thank you for all of your hard work.
