Not eonough timers

Every morning after auto update & scan I have this error message.
"Not enough timers available"

A manual scan is done & I then set off to work happyish ;)

Running Vista, Intel core 2 Quad Q8200 @ 2.33ghz
4gb ram 32 bit

Any help in finding the reason will be appreciated.

Same problem here...

I am running Windows 7, 64 bit.

Again, any help would be appreciated.
