Hi the_1ron_lung and welcome to spybot.info :)

You got some infections there...
There is something hiding, we need to rename HijackThis.exe.

Create a new folder named HijackThis to your desktop. Move Hijackthis.exe into that folder.
Please rename HijackThis.exe to Scanner.exe

Finally, please post a fresh HijackThis (scanner.exe) log to here.

Allright.. Hijackthis Moved to Hijackthis folder and named scanner

Hi again, we'll begin the cleaning :)

Please do not use BitComet or other P2P programs during the cleaning process.

Disable Windows Defender's realtime protection (it may interfere with the cleaning process)
  • Open Windows Defender
  • Click on "Tools"
  • Click on "General Settings"
  • Scroll down to "Real-time protection options"
  • Uncheck "Turn on Real-time protection (recommended)"
  • Click "Save"
  • Exit the program.
Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop.
  • Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
  • Click the Scan for Vundo button.
  • Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
  • You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
  • Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
  • When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove.
In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button." when VundoFix appears at reboot.

Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply along with a new HiJackThis log and the contents of C:\vundofix.txt

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

NOTE: Do not run any other options from SmitfraudFix until I tell you to do so!

Hi again :)

Do you have another computer that you could use during the cleaning process ? It would be best to set this infected computer to offline mode (unplug it from the internet) until we have got you cleaned. It seems that you may have some dangerous infections there...

Download F-Secure Blacklight and and move it to the infected computer's desktop.

Doubleclick blbeta.exe, accept the agreement, click Scan, then click Next

You'll see a list what have been found. A log will appear to your desktop, it is named fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (xxxxxxx will be random numbers).

DON'T choose Rename if something was found!

Post the contents of fsbl.xxxx.log to here (blacklight log from your desktop)

Ok good :)

When you have scanned with Blacklight, please post the log to here and we'll continue :bigthumb:

Okay.. here's the log, it said it didnt find anything

Code:

Ok good :)

I need you to upload a few files for further inspection. Please copy the following files from the infected pc to eg some memorystick:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\vuoda9ca.sys
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Leeked.sys
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ggk.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ggk.sys

Then take the memory stick and go to your second computer.

Please go to thespykiller.co.uk

Read the instructions for uploading a file from this thread

Create a topic and name it to eg New files
Remember to include the link to this topic in your post.

Upload the followings files to the topic from the memorystick:
vuoda9ca.sys
Leeked.sys
ggk.exe
ggk.sys

When you've done this, please post a link to the thread you just created to me.

Then we'll continue :bigthumb:

Here ya go.. But i know what those files are..

GGK.exe is called GameGuard Killer, it is used to disable anti cheat software on some online games.. i put this and GGK.sys in the system 32 folder so I could open a few programs in order from a .bat file.. thats what leeked.sys is too.. its the sys file for the leeked engine.exe in the system 32 folder

im not saying that they arent the source of infection, but i do know what they are.

i dont knwo about vuoda9ca.sys though

Hi again :)

Thanks for the info, it sure shed some light.

The situation might not be as bad as it first seemed.

Thanks for the upload, I'll check the files and get back to you as soon as possible :bigthumb:

Hi again, now we'll continue :)

You should print these instructions or save these to a text file. Follow these instructions carefully.

Download Killbox an move it to the infected computer's desktop -> http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.zip
Unzip it to your desktop.

Please run Killbox.

Select "Delete on Reboot".
Select "All Files".

Copy the file names below to the clipboard by highlighting them and pressing Control-C:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\justin.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ts_www.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ondsregl.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\winpfg32.sys
C:\WINDOWS\hancerdoem.exe
C:\WINDOWS\1011_justin.exe

Restart the computer normally.

Then you should update your Java to the latest version (5.0 update 9)
  • [*]Start
    [*]Control Panel
    [*]Add/Remove Programs
  • Delete the old Java, Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_03
  • Then we'll get the latest version of Java -> LINK
  • Scroll down to Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 9
  • Download & install it
Run a one more scan with HijackThis and post it's log to here :bigthumb:
Let me know how the computer is working too....
