Not possible to uninstall Spybot 2 (beta).

The solution:
By connecting to Windows in Safe the uninstallation is possible.

additional hint for windows operating systems:
after successful uninstalling, delete the following registry key manually to have a clean eventviewer at last if you want to:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\EventLog\Spybot-Search&Destroy

Thank you very much for providing feedback towards our Spybot 2.0.3 Beta.

We were able to reproduce the problem and will try to fix it.

It should work to perform an uninstall in safe mode.
