Yes it depends on amount of files in your hard drive.

Empty these folders:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition\7.5\Quarantine
C:\Qoobox\Quarantine

Delete this:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\umtcdtw.sys

Empty Recycle Bin.

Still problems?

Emptied.

My virus scanner last night picked up 32 new infections. It was able to quarantine them all though.
