Getting a message about NSZ4.DLL from Spybot but is never capable of being removed by it or anything else. I was wondering if this was a false positive? Thanks.

The Spybot entry shows

User settings
HKEY_users\s-1-5-21-1184969617-2238641171-222071215-1007\Software\nsz4.dll
